Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns for products that have been minimally handled are allowed if they remain in good condition; however, you must contact us first to confirm eligibility.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on your country, we may also send you a return shipping label. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as our system begins processing it immediately. However, once the order arrives, you may contact our support team to start a return and receive a refund upon the successful return of your items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at cloffabeauty@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Original Payment: Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method.
  • Fees & Shipping: A small restocking fee based on the product value may apply depending on your country, and shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • Processing Time: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at cloffabeauty@gmail.com.
