Please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it as our system begins processing it immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate a return and refund process.

- Shipping Protection: If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will reship your items free of charge if they are lost or stolen.
Lost or Missing Packages
Cloffa is not liable for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please verify your billing and shipping details before completing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for correcting the order at no additional charge.
Customs and Fees
We are not responsible for custom fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that packages may incur custom fees upon arrival in your country.
Tracking Information
